同仁堂西黃丸為糊丸傳統(tǒng)制作技藝，一是選用“上等、純潔、地道”藥材，傳承著清宮用藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。二是制作工藝精良。糊丸是同仁堂具有悠久生產(chǎn)歷史和特色的傳統(tǒng)制劑，具有獨(dú)到的生產(chǎn)技藝，包括藥材鑒別炮炙技藝、粉碎與細(xì)料套研技藝、起模子泛丸技藝、陰干選粒技藝，保證了藥品的療效和質(zhì)量。
Tong Ren Tang Xihuang Pills adopt the traditional pill starching techniques which only accept “premium, pure and authentic” medicinal materials and are subject to the standards that were once used in medicine supply for the imperial palace in Qing Dynasty. Meanwhile, many complicated processes are used in the production. Tong Ren Tang has applied its featured and time-honored pill starching techniques which include many unique production processes such as medicinal materials identification, grinding, fine materials mixing, water-based pill making, drying in shade and selecting, so as to guarantee the efficacy and quality of the medicine.
